Booking Rooms and Facilities
Claverham can be booked for retreats, holidays, day workshops, seminars or residential courses. Please have a read of our rates below, and if you are interested in booking our facilities, email or phone Tom Leimdorfer (Clerk of Management Committee) .

Charges for booking:
- Single adult £30 per night; two adults £60 per night
- Children (5+) and adults on Universal Credit or Pension Credit half price. Child under 5 free.
- Maximum of one week if all those staying are half price.
- Meeting room (residents’ use) £30 per day; additional use of Barn £15 per day
- Meeting room (non-residents) £10 per hour with minimum of three hours' hire
- Barn (non-residential, but with use of facilities in cottage) £30 per day.
- Extra charges for camping in the grounds on application.
- A deposit of £25 is required with booking.
Payment by BACS or cheques made out to Claverham Meeting House TrustPlease note that we have no credit card facilities and therefore payment must be made by cash, cheque or preferably by BACS transfer. Please do not send cash by post. Contact for booking accommodation:
